This month, our founder and partner, Kelley Simoneaux, was named a 2026 Washington, D.C. Super Lawyer!

This honor is reserved for those lawyers who exhibit excellence in practice. Attorneys are chosen through a multiphase selection process that includes peer nominations, third-party independent research, and evaluations based on numerous indicators of professional achievement. Only 5% of attorneys in Washington, D.C. receive this distinction.

Josh is our new partner, but he definitely isn’t new to passionately and effectively representing individuals and families affected by catastrophic injuries.

Both Kelley and Josh live with spinal cord injuries and dedicate their careers and lives to advocating for others in the spinal cord injury community. These awards attest to their commitment to that cause.
